Returns, Exchanges & Shop Policies

LookSewCute LLC

At LookSewCute, every item is handmade with care using military-grade materials, premium fabrics, and professional equipment. Because each piece is custom-made to order, the following policies help us keep our turnaround times reliable and ensure fairness to all customers.

✨ Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Most of our products—including bows, clothing, embroidered items, name tapes, ornaments, and military-themed accessories—are made to order specifically for you.

For this reason:

❌ Cancellations

  • We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

  • Work on your order often begins immediately (cutting fabric, prepping embroidery files, etc.), even if tracking has not yet updated.

❌ Returns

  • We do not accept returns on custom or personalized items.

  • Customizations include: name tapes, thread colors, sizing, branch-specific fabrics, personalized text, add-ons (Mrs., hearts, anchors), and clothing measurements.

❌ Exchanges

  • Because each item is created to your specifications, we cannot offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles.

🚚 Shipping Policies

📦 Turnaround Time

  • Bow TAT: typically 3–4 weeks.

  • Clothing TAT: typically 4–6 weeks.

  • Rush Orders, when available, move your order to the front of our production line.

  • Priority or Express shipping does not change production time; it only affects USPS transit time.

📮 Shipping Upgrades

  • Purchasing Priority Shipping is not the same as a Rush Order.

  • Rush Orders require a separate fee and invoice.

📦 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order has been handed to USPS, UPS, or FedEx, transit issues are out of our control.

  • If your package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact your local post office or carrier directly.

  • We cannot issue refunds for stolen packages.

🧵 Sizing Policies (Children’s Clothing)

To ensure the best fit:

  • We strongly recommend measuring your child before ordering.

  • Measurements provided by the customer are assumed to be accurate.

  • We cannot accept returns for items that do not fit due to incorrect measurements or clothing size choice.

🪡 Quality Guarantee

We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our products.

If there is a mistake on our end, such as:

  • wrong name tape

  • incorrect thread color

  • missed add-on you purchased

  • wrong size sent

Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.

📧 Order Changes

Because we work quickly:

  • Changes to thread color, fabric choice, add-ons, or sizing must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • After 24 hours, changes are not guaranteed and may require an additional fee.

📸 Social Media & Customer Photos

By tagging @looksewcute or sending photos of your items, you grant LookSewCute LLC permission to share your images on our social platforms and website. You may request removal at any time.

💙 Military & First Responder Respect

Many of our items are created from new, unused military uniform fabrics. These items are crafted with respect and love for our servicemembers, families, and communities. We strictly follow regulations regarding the use of uniform materials.
