✂️ LookSewCute – Frequently Asked Questions

🕒 What is your turn around time?

Because every item is handmade to order:

• Bows: 3–4 weeks
• Clothing: 6–8 weeks

Turn around time begins the day your order is placed and does NOT include shipping time.

Estimated ship dates are shown at checkout. If you need your item sooner, please purchase the appropriate Rush listing before checking out.

🚨 Do you offer Rush?

Yes!

Rush is a separate listing that must be added to your cart with your item before checkout.

Rush guarantees your order will be moved ahead in the production line.
If a date is needed, please include the exact date in your personalization box.

If rush is not added, your order will be processed in the order it was received.

❌ Can I cancel my order?

Because all items are custom made and often started shortly after purchase:

We do not accept cancellations.

Once your order is placed, materials are allocated and embroidery begins.

Please double check:
• Spelling
• Dates
• Branch selection
• Thread colors
• Add-ons

Before checking out.

💰 Do you offer refunds or returns?

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• No refunds
• No returns
• No exchanges

If there is an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

📦 Shipping & Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

We are unable to make changes to the shipping address once an order has been shipped.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

If reshipping is not arranged within 21 days of our initial contact, the order will be considered abandoned and will become the property of LookSewCute. The item will no longer be available after that time.

Please note: Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled or refunded. If a custom order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost to have the item sent again.

Select your bow or clothing style

Choose your branch or fabric

Add personalization details in the box provided

Select any add-ons you would like

Add Rush if needed

Checkout

Please be detailed in your personalization. Include:
• Thread color
• Placement (right tail, left tail, center, chest, etc.)
• Rank or name formatting
• Any design changes

The more detailed you are, the smoother production will be.

✨ Are hearts, anchors, long tails, or custom edging included?

No — these are add-ons.

Add-ons such as:
• Hearts
• Anchors
• Pearls
• Longer tails
• Custom edging
• Specialty thread colors
• Additional embroidery

Are separate listings and must be added to your cart.

If an add-on is not purchased, it will not be included.

📧 Why is it important to check my email?

Occasionally we may message you with questions about your order.

Please check your Etsy messages or email regularly to avoid delays.
Orders requiring clarification may be paused until we receive a response.

📦 Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Please note: International shipping times vary and are outside of our control once shipped.
